To all of you who have asked me “when
can I play a round of golf on Roatan?” The answer
is March 2010 ….. or there abouts. Before the
June kick off of Pristine Bay development and the Black
Pearl Golf Club no one could definitely say when you
could play a round on Roatan. The many rumors and failed
attempts to start a golf club on Roatan had left everyone
a skeptic but Perry Dye’s presentation showed
their groups past performance and their plan for Roatan
in very convincing terms.
If you have paid attention to property
prices around new golf course developments in the U.S.
just imagine what will happen is the already fast growing
Rotan real estate market.
