Roatan Welcomes Viewers of House Hunters International

Tuesday, July 27th, 2010

Hello,

I wanted to take a minute and welcome all the House Hunters International viewers who were inspired by the episode that aired featuring Roatan and searched for information on our island.

The island of Roatan is a great place to vacation with the family or for a cozy get away for two. There are direct flights from Houston TX on Continental Airlines or from Atlanta GA on Delta Airlines. If you need a recommendation for a place to stay I would be glad to help you with that as well. Don’t forget our buyers stay free!

There are some great deals on Roatan property resulting from the economic situation around the world. For example a one bed room condo in the luxurious Parrot Tree Plantation is now available for $219,900.

Or a five bed room luxury home with a Gift Shop and a Diving/Fishing business for only $799,000.

My web site at RoatanLiving.com also has a lot of useful information about the island of Roatan, travel to the island, the Pristine Bay golf course and of course buying Roatan Real Estate. If you have questions you can’t find answers to please feel to write or call me. Philip@RoatanLiving.com / 1 831 359-4244 U.S. Phone

Pristine Bay golf course condominiums on Roatan

Friday, June 26th, 2009

pristine-bay-logo.JPGHello, it has been almost exactly one year since I last wrote about golf becoming available on Roatan. Since that time the Pristine Bay Resort and Black Pearl Golf Course have progressed at a pace that is unmatched by any other project on the island. The developer announced this month that the new condominiums overlooking the golf course and the ocean are now available to purchase. The floor plans were released with the announcement and after taking a look at them I think they are spectacular. For details and pricing you can send me an email: Philip@RoatanLiving.com

Today Perry Dye announced that work on the course is ahead of schedule and barring any weather delays there will be 6-9 holes open for play by November. He continued stating that all of the irrigation system has been insalled and work has begun on sprigging the fairways. Also that the frist green has been planted at hole 11.

A group visiting Pristine Bay this week and was so excited about the possibility of golf this fall they were asking for tee times!  If golf is your preferred way to relax come on down check out the Greens and the Blues,  Black Pearl Golf Course and the Pristine Bay Resort.

Enjoy Life, Philip
