Pristine Bay to make Golf on Roatan Real Estate a Reality
To all of you who have asked me “when can I play a round of golf on Roatan?” The answer is March 2010 ….. or there abouts. Before the June kick off of Pristine Bay development and the Black Pearl Golf Club no one could definitely say when you could play a round on Roatan. The many rumors and failed attempts to start a golf club on Roatan had left everyone a skeptic but Perry Dye’s presentation showed their groups past performance and their plan for Roatan in very convincing terms.
If you have paid attention to property prices around new golf course developments in the U.S. just imagine what will happen is the already fast growing Rotan real estate market.

Please provide information on any available lots for sale in the the golf course development. I understand there may still be some lots left.
I also would be interested in talking to the developer about my Bay Islands Design architectural design services for poteintail clients who are planning to build on their property.
