I have been working with a couple that owns a condo right on the white sand beach of Parrot Tree. The unit is almost finished and ready for them to use and enjoy but now they need to sell it. They really don’t want to sell but they have to. So their loss is a bonus for you, they have listed the condo at a price below what the other units (that aren’t as close to the water) are selling for.

Here’s a photo of the beach, it’s a great place to swim or catch some sun and just off the shore is some great diving, it’s one of my favorite places for a shore dive. Any way if you are interested in this condo at below market price drop me an email and I can give you more info.
