I have been working with a couple that owns a condo right on the white sand beach of Parrot Tree. The unit is almost finished and ready for them to use and enjoy but now they need to sell it. They really don’t want to sell but they have to. So their loss is a bonus for you, they have listed the condo at a price below what the other units (that aren’t as close to the water) are selling for.
