Philip Buck
Raised
and educated in Western Tennessee Philip spent many
years as an electrical engineer in the Southern U.S.
and then California. After working in the corporate
world Philip decided to take more control of his career
and became a licensed real estate professional in
California. Philip began as a mortgage officer working
closely with real estate agents to provide funding
for their sales. As Philip's endeavors became successful
he and his wife, Theresa Viola-Buck, began looking
for a vacation home where they could enjoy their diving
hobby in tropical waters. They quickly found their
vacation home in Roatan in 2003. However the opportunities
in Roatan kept calling to them and they decided to
leave California for their new home. That was 2003
and today Philip is still here fulltime enjoying showing
new visitors around the island and educating them
on opportunities for buying homes or investing. Philip
